Membership is open to persons who are genuinely interested and want to participate in some form of needlework. We welcome all levels of ability from those who have never held an embroidery needle to those who can teach their skills to others.

Dues are $50 per year and include local, regional, and national affiliation. Dues for plural members within the Tennessee Valley Region are an additional $18 per year or $21 for plural members outside the Tennessee Valley Region. Members receive NeedleArts, a quarterly full-color publication of the national EGA, and the monthly Knoxville Chapter Newsletter.

Visitors are welcome at all meetings, and this is a great way to explore membership. However, Chapter policy states that a person may attend only two interest group or quarterly meetings before becoming a member.
